Was there that night

in the corner of the North Stand. You can see us jumping about when one of the goals went in. Great night and my first ever away game. Great to see big John up front alongside Hughie with Charlie on the left wing. Ted Payne making his debut. Wonderful memories and still have the paper cuttings in a scrapbook up in the loft somewhere. Hughie was the leagues (all the leagues) leading scorer up to the point he left for Wolves.
