Two reasons...

1) Ronaldo's penalty shout, whilst not a penalty IMO, he said that Valdes got the ball when he clearly didn't. Ronaldo toed it away but as he was going absolutely nowhere it would have taken a brave referee to give it.

2) Carvalho's elbow, he said Carvalho was lucky, whereas in reality Carvalho barely did anything and Messi basically pulled Carvalho's body and therefore his arm towards him.
