They're Right On One Thing...

...a lot of managers WOULD like to be able to manage the squad and talent that we have, and to try to actually make the "facilities" work, rather than be a rather nice side attraction.

No doubt about it, if the job of manager was advertised, I suspect not only would there be loads of applications, but several rather surprisingly decent applicants.
