I always thought he had quite good potential

Did well before that ill fated move to Sunderland. Never really got going at Burnley, although he did sign a few of the players that later got promoted to the Prem. Did well at Notts County last season despite the off field dramas! Is doing a pretty good job at Portsmouth, depite their problems, however, he does have a good team down there now. Liam Lawrence is a class act at this level
