palace are in a lot of debt

didn't spent in window cos they can't afford to really although they made a few bids. maybe dowie will stay but without Dowie, Routledge, Kiraly they may struggle. They struggled to attract players when they were in the prem. can't see em doing it in div 1. playoffs for them maybe.
