Odd first day

If you had to pick three England batsmen who were a worry you'd go for Cook, Pietersen and Bell - all of whom batted well.

If you had to pick one bowler who we were worried about you'd go for Johnson who was s**t.

And yet it was their day.

I think this series will be like this throughout - ups and downs, peaks and troughs. I could wake up at 6 tomorrow and we're batting... or they'll be 260-3.
