Problems with gripping...

1. Fair enough.

2. Worthy has also had the benefit of a squad with great spirit. it is painfully obvious we no longer have that. The players do not have a group ethic. Player for player we're better than prior seasons but the problem is it's player for player and they ain't a team.

3. Don't give it the "no replacement" argument. It's just a kop out. No one is irreplaceable.
