Which fits him 100%, he hasnt got the tactical know how, the ability to exploit the transfer market or the man management skills to take us any further, we need a fresh face and fresh ideas before its too late. He HAS done a great job for us, but u cant keep someone who is living on past glories (Holt & Flem anyone?). He has now lost the confidence of the players and the fans, something which is incredibly hard to win back (The players that is, fans are fickle, including me!). Thank you for all what you have done Mr Worthington but please step aside before you tar your image at teh club and reputation within football. Managers go stale at clubs as to players, Worthington is an example of this (As is Burley at Ipswich, it doesnt make them bad managers), he has run out of ideas here!
