Selwyns type of trolling, is just soooooo 1999. It's just the obvious flooding of a forum with s**t to irritate. Most sites would have either warned him, or timed him out for anything up to 30mins onwards at a time

Which would be my suggestion for moderation on here. Not banning, just various levels of general users being able to suspend others for a period of time. Obviously those who'd vote would be trusted, not just some invite for trolls to permanently suspend someone by group voting
