Right well, there's what 6,000,000,000 of us. Say at an average of 75kg each?

That's 450,000,000,000kg of mass.

The earth's mass, as far as I can see is about 5,974,200,000,000,000,000,000,000kg. (5.9742 x 10^24).

So the earth is 13,276,000,000,000 times more massive than all of us combined, so I don't expect it would make a gnat's chuff of a difference, really.
