Depends on the relative speed between him and people on earth.

He would be older, sure, but not quite as much older a people left behind on earth.

Off the top of my head I can't remember the numbers with which to do the sums, but it could all add up to a few seconds over the course of the Tudster's lifetime, given current orbital technologies if we could keep him alive that long, and he didn't get bored and Hutchence himself off.

It all depends on how committed Tud is to this orbital experiment.
