Actually you will find that is pretty much a standard charge for an international bank transfer. I have a few of them on my accounts, makes my creditors ledger look a little untidy as I'm blowed if I know how to take them off my ledger. Must ask my accountant lady how to tidy it up.
?7.00 on 100 quid is quite a lot, but the ceiling is quite high (ie thousands) so my answer would be sell them for more!
You'll have to put something on the bottom of the invoice like "please note all bank charges for foreign payments to be paid by the purchaser" but worded in the correct legal jargon.
