Malky last night - I wasn't there, but from what i've heard and read...

he still has what we seem to lack - someone to take charge at the back.

I was one who thought Malky wasn't up to Prem standard, but neither was Fleming and we kept him. Fleming is NOT a leader, whereas Malky is, so maybe we got rid of the wrong one of the two?
