What Harrison does is immaterial.
When you rig something it doesnt have to work 100% of the time to be rigged.
If you attempt to rig something and it fails, you still commited a crime.
The fact is if could genuinely have knocked out AH any time he wanted (as he claimed!)he actually changed the genuine/natural outcome of the fight.
People who bet on KOs in the 1st or 2nd round were cheated as they never had a genuine chance to win.
