Irkutsk? That's different from Yakutsk, isn't it?

I'm fascinated by Yakutsk and when I win the lottery i am going to go there, on the icy road that turns into a swimming baths when the sun comes out and you have to abandon your car, and wave goodbye to it, and then possibly die.
