friend of mine bemoaned that loads of his emails had viruses. he even sent out an email to all his contacts telling them to be careful as he had a virus in his pc. he sent his pc to the shop to get rid of them. after a quick consultation over the phone they told him that the "viruses" on his emails were in fact the high priority message icons.
