Right, waredoos. What's this?

I was browsing some of my old photos and came across this one. Not very interesting in itself (it's the old Boulogne ferry terminal, now unused and inhabited by seagulls and cormorants) but a bit moody looking and atmospheric.

But what is that on the top of the building on the right hand side? It looks like a small person or child. User Posted Link
