Thoughts

I'm usually no fan of calling for the exit of managers. The players are often to blame.

In this case, however, I am seriously beginning to think that Nigel isn't the man to get this team back on track. The players has to perform better - no doubt about it - but they have to be given the opportunity to do so, and I don't think it looks like Worthy is doing a good job making the players believe in themselves.

- He shuffles them around, and playing them out of position;
* Doc - centre back, forward, right back(?!?!?!?)
* Charlton - centre back (not this season), full back, centre midfield
* Marney - Central midfield, right midfield
* Hucks - Forward, left AND right midfield
* McVeigh - Forward, right midfield

Those are all I could think of at the moment, but all of these have occured during 8 f&#%ing games (plus Dons). No wonder why they play like s**t. They never get the chance to get used to a pattern of play.

In addition, Worthington takes off our best central defender at half time. It was undoubtedly right to bring on Davenport, but the radio commentators words at the first Watford goal tell the story; "...away from Fleming". Flemings place on the bench is long overdue, and our central defence should be Shacks and Davenport.

I think Worthingtons tactical choices are enough to get him fired, and when we see his lack of ability to get his team fired up to win an away game for nearly two freaking years - you can hardly have faith in his abilities.

He has done heaps of good for this club, but I think he has reached his potential as far as Norwich is concerned.
