I am still mad as hell. Gemma is an eleven year old girl who loves going to football, enjoys the excitement, the togetherness and has made a big number of friends in the last four years she has been a City regular.

I hope her confidence is not dented by this. I?ve already had a text saying she won?t go to the home game with Millwall, but luckily the return fixture is midweek so maybe that?s a good thing for all concerned.

Back to work now, just typed this waiting to go into a conference call.
