Worthy's been looking for a way to drop Shacks (but still Flem) for a long time, and how he has it. Barring injuries, we won't see Shackell again for a long time (if at all).
Dunno about others, but I don't actually care about the scum game that match. It's all very well to hang your season on it when you're mid-table and there's f*ck all else going on. But we're plainly a club in the middle of a crisis, with a manager who's rapidly throwing away all the gains that we (and he, yes) made over the last four years.
A spawny win, unlikely as that is, is not going to make any real difference, just like the home win over Plymouth didn't.
Question is whether the decline is just allowed to continue, or whether the board, with the prompting hopefully of the fans, have the balls to do something about it.
