You go though this each bloody time you two "make up".

You get along (ie. hardly respond to each other) and then after a few days he accuses you of something you clearly haven't done as he knows you wont drop it (who would, when someone accuses you of something you haven't done?) and you then chase him round the board trying to get an explanation.

This then gives him an excuse to play the victim card which normally goes something like this -

"See everyone! He starts it all! It's not me! I haven't done nothing! blub blub blub"

You know what he is like, just leave it. No one pays attention to him anyway.
