Great point...... there should zero accountabilty for mistakes.

We should let the bad refs keep their jobs.

Without wanting stop your obvious monkey tilt, I think the suggestion is that a ref is judged on his performance accross many areas and accross the whole season.

Meaning any one game or one decision is unlikely to have an impact on his overall score.

It's often poor postioning to see a decision that leads to bad decisions..........

Thats not an honest error thats bad refereeing
