Holt has to become a squad player

He carries too much weight to maintain the level of effort required to add value to every game. He is now 'fully fit' but needs to be used in the manner that Martin is currently being used if we are to get the most out of him.
He wouldnt have scored today if they were still playing now.
Martin for Holt as a straight replacement.
