Make a sugar syrup with vanilla, lime zest and full-on-tonto white rum in it.
And drizzle it over flame grilled pineapple slices. Seriously. It is so nice you will ejaculate. It's so nice it is morally and philosophically wrong to not like it.
Have it with ice cream. I saw it on the idiot's lantern done by that Levi Rootses.
