Wales currently ranked 104, lowest ranking in ten yers and falling.

If you look at their current squad its a pretty good mixture of prem and upper champs quality players.

Considering the Prem is regarded as one of the best leagues in the world i just seems strange.

Even the best players like Bale and Bellars have not shown anything playing for wales they have shown playing for their clubs.

In fact most of the players have underperfomed.

If you look at the squads of the Rep of ireland, NI and Scotland they are getting their players from the same places (prem and champs/SPL)
