as Old Git is clearly busy skinning The Emperor

I'll try and help.

Anyone can buy a sponsored link from Google, and Gioogle can sell any advert for any product on their site (which is why they are a bit rich).

The courts have held that even a registered trade mark (which emkay plastics is not) can be sold by google legally - even if it is nothing to do with the company that owns the trademark (e.g. M&S can buy an 'Interflora' sponsored link that then drives traffic to their own flower-sales venture.)

Those with half-a-brain know that sponsored links are what is making google richer than croseus and therefore refuse to click through them.
