I think a sensible responsible society

At least the issue wouldnot be forced underground and people who enjoy a spliff or a snort would not have to hide away in the bushes whilst drinkers get started on their tenth pint.

I hate the way alcohol is portrayed as cool within British society. i.e

' Did you hear that Bill drunk 18 pints the other night, he could not walk, puked up 4 times, battered the wife and was totally useless the next day. What a legend!
