I bow to your superior knowledge of Eastern Europe.
There certainly seem to be some large changes afoot and things could foreseeably become quite nasty in the future.

Do you really feel that they're feeling marginalised? What with the economic crisis and cuts in the traditional Euro powers I thought maybe the gap would be closing
