All things considered, it's excellent

There are a few things it doesn't handle especially well - styles & formatting in Writer, for example - and a few things it does in a different way to Word and Excel, but for most home use it's fantastic.

It has been somewhat shafted by Oracle buying out their former major sponsor, so they have recently gone and done their own thing.
