I know a number of people have complained they cant get it for free so here are some tips that might allow you to watch SSN.

In the US we have two main Soccer channels
Namely.....

Fox Soccer Channel (FSC)
Fox Soccer Plus (FSP)

They both have SSN on at various times during the day in full 1 hour blocks
(normally at least 5-6 hours a day)

You will find the schedule for FSC .
There is drop down box top right that allows you to look at FSP.
The times are in EST meaning you have to add 5 hours (check with the BST thing when its around changeover time) to UK time

Now you know what times its on.
Visit websites like veetle (plus loads of other streaming sites, justin tv ect ect)
