y, i hated him as a player too

he was the embodiment of everything distasteful about Man Utd at the time, and the reason I still detest them to this day

when he was appointed, I did think he would bring some bollox to the team (sadly lacking for years & years) but if that is indeed the case (the jury's out for me), any fluidity or style has been sacrificed, so its not great to watch.

he repeatedly says that he's not the loon he is reported to be. I think that's true but i also doubt that he has any "relationship" of any substance with his players - he doesn't appear to do empathy at all
