Just back from training
No AD.
ZW (calf) and Nelson were doing some running and gentle kicking a ball about.
Pleased to see Surman out there, just doing running.
Matthew Ball and Sam Habergham were training with the first team squad.
Fox and MacNamee wee practising free kicks over the wall.
Spirits seemed good, hope back on winning trail tomorrow.
