bit of a hike though?

unless you live in gretna. i had a crap day, waited in all morning for an electrician bloke to fix the bedroom lights that have gone all crazy. he didn't rock up until nearly 3 and then we went out only to come back to discover he'd blown up the central heating/hot water control box. so i rang my bank who provide 24 hour emergency repair cover as part of the account package.

silly me thought 24 hour repair cover meant "round the clock call out", no it doesn't tombs you plank it means "someone will come out within 24 hours"

i am going to tell them to shove their account up their arse and get a basic bank account that doesn't charge for non-existent benefits.
