its hard to build a Prem quiality team with Fizzy Pop money

some of the strengthening HAS to wait until you actually get promoted. It would be nice if it were otyherwise but it isn't. What we need next year is the best possible team to get promotion. Ideally it wouldn't include donkeys like Flem & Holt but depends on resources available.
