Can this be true? I've just had a note though the door from the council

telling me that they're giving away free household insulation to all homeowners and private tennants in the area, regardless of age, income or house size.

Fuck me, do the Tories know about this? They'll soon knock that s**t on the head - best I get looking into this pronto.
