The only heckle story I've heard that made me laugh was told by Mark Lamarr

Apparently in the 80s, Kirk Douglas's other son was a standup comic. He came to England to some gigs and one night was dying on his arse and getting dog's abuse.

He wasn't used to heckling, so he cracked and said 'Do you know who I am? I'm Kirk Douglas's son.' to which someone in the audience shouted 'NO! *I'm* Kirk Douglas's son' and then another and then another...
