Just back from training

Usual stuff. "Ads" took a full part in training. Lambo played in the games, he does like to flick, fart and fanny.
Zac Whitbread (calf) did 3 laps of Colney and some running round cones and over those mini hurdle things.
The Admiral did some gentle jogging round a cone figure 8 course.
Nickname update: Steven Smith is Smudge(r) and Leon is Barney.
Barney took the DOTW jacket from "Jacko"
