because of the 4 'Kop' companies involved that make up the Kop group of companies that are

involved in this one is a Limited Liability Company with its main business being in Dallas, Texas (i think it's actually listed in Delaware though... and incidently another of the 4 is registered in the Caymen Islands)

tentative reason, i agree, but just pointing out that technically it's not just UK companies involved.
