Yes. We are caught between two philosiphies, we know the old way is wrong yet can't find

it in ourselves to change.

It goes back to what I was saying during the World Cup about our kids being taught badly from an early age.

I hear shouts of:-

"Get it up there."

"Put it in the mixer."

"Get stuck in"

At my lads under 9 games.

It's terrible and will never change.
