But I think I know what that is ... In which case Tallinn, Estonia. If you want bars & clubs then Berlin (& take a guided tour to get a bit of the history).

Copenhagen's fine, but relatively expensive for booze, food & accomodation. There's some good bars & clubs (& plenty of crap ones) but they're spread over the city, so it can be difficult if you don't know where you're going.
