i'm bloody glad for Vera Woodcock, secretary of Cromer's Christmas lights committee, who described the county council's new plan as ?brilliant? news, my wife who was made redundant by norfolk county council because there was not enough money to pay salaries will also be delighted to hear this "brilliant" news.
