any chance of repeat business?

if no, then without the leverage of being able to withhold your services from them and no contractual pelanty clause your only legal option is to get in their faces and annoy the c**t out of them. phone calls, personal visits, emails, etc are the order of the day. hassle them into payment.

oh, and badmouth them to all and sundry, it gets back to them. this worked against me once.
