Do you say "Parky-starn", or "Packy-stan"?

I remember the Worthy Out meeting at St Andrews Hall when some old boy stood up and said "Now he's getting in some Parkystarni on looon" and in the middel of my cringe, thinking "I've never heard anyone say "Parky-starni" before"

Now the BBC seem to have issued an edict that "Parky-starn" is correct, but only about 75% of newsreaders stick with it and the rest say "Packy-stan", which is what I've always said
