Question for those who have limited/blocked internet access at work.

I know some have complained they can post here but can't listen to CW.
Apart from the obvious porn sites what sites are blocked........

Is it all sports sites?........

Is it all video or audio streaming?

What about flash streaming?

Are they just banning certain IPs or is it categories of websites?
