Personally I think you should be retired for, say, 5 years before being permitted into the HoF (as a player at least).

Should be reserved for the real legends and fan favourites such as Keelan, Forbes, MacDougall, Fleck, Eadie, Bellamy, Iwan, Hucks and Sean Carey.
