Give Cav any chance in the road race, Ralf? Sounds like he's written himself off before it starts, unless that's mind games...?

Also on that - do the riders get paid much for doing it? Was wondering what's in it for Hunt and whoever the other one on the UK team is (is it Millar?) - presumably they'll just be riding (hard) to give Cav a chance?
