Ok, how would you rate his performances and do you think he looks solid?

I think he is the weak link in an otherwise very good team.

This is not moaning, I stated we have had a great start, however, if we want to push on you need to addresss your weaknesses.

If I was an opposition manager I would be telling my players to shoot on sight
