and they have heart attacks so take up A&E time and valuable cardiac consultants

and occupy beds in hospitals

wot you say would be fair enough if they just accepted they was going to die early and got on with it on their own but OH NO, they all panic and spend years trying to stave off the inevitable which they brought on themselves at OUR EXPENSE
