Will catch up with you tomorrow, want some advice....

Big hoo har about systems not starting well in the morning, taking agents a good 15 mins just to get the desktop started. I was wondering if you understand the system 'Night**thman' (provided by EDS and on all desktops) which starts the systems at about 2am and updates. I've tried to get into what it does but it won't let me! It simply says no access. Surely it could start all the desktops at 7:30 each day and save alot of time! I thought it might help us and stop alot of incidents to EDS! Your thoughts!! Would a cost be incurred or is it easy to do?
