call me an old cynic, but

isn't it revealing how the most exciting day of the premiership season revolved around the 4 worst teams. the media are united in celebrating what a great day it was for english football, but they are talking about how which teams were relegated was decided, not the championship winners.
it's all a bit 'emperors new clothes' but the truth is only REAL football (ie modest but passionate fans, commited but limited players, decent honest managers) can create the excitement.

.......or am i just bitter?
